Joh. Philipp Hinnenthal Verlag
Johann-Philipp Hinnenthal Verlag, founded in Bielefeld in 1946, joined the Bärenreiter publishing group in 1950. The company specialised in publishing early music editions, for example works by Pachelbel, Haydn, Hassler, Telemann and Fasch etc. The founder of the company was also closely involved in editing music. The extremely popular and long-established series Hortus Musicus which contains chamber music from the Baroque to the early Romantic period originated here.
