The Editor For more than four decades Professor Walther Dürr was the Managing Editor of the New Schubert Edition in Tübingen, Germany, to which he contributes the Lieder volumes. He has taught at the university of Tübingen and has also had temporary positions at the universities of Stuttgart, Freiburg and Berne. Walther Dürr is considered one of the most distinguished Schubert scholars. |
